For security guards, the onboarding process includes:

  1. Employee details

    1. Name and surname

    2. Job Position (do not create new positions, choose from existing positions)

    3. Manager (The manager the employee reports to)

    4. Hourly Rate

  2. Private Information

    1. Home address

    2. Phone

    3. Email

    4. Payment method

    5. Account number for payment

    6. Nationality

    7. ID Document

    8. Gender

    9. Date of birth

    10. Marital Status

    11. Number of children

  3. HR Settings

  4. Contract (To be completed by the Accounts Department)

    1. In the EMPLOYEES MODULE, create a contract for the employee

  5. The onboarding process is done using the company’s EMPLOYEE MODULE on our ERP system.

  6. How to do Employee Registration / update Employee

    1. Add the employee to the company’s database using the EMPLOYEE MODULE on our ERP system. If you do not have access to our ERP system, contact Magdelize Saunderson to assist you with setting up the access.

    2. Start by opening the Employees module

    3. If it is a NEW EMPLOYEE, select CREATE

    4. When you are updating EMPLOYEE DETAILS, select the Employee by clicking on their name

    5. In our example, we will be creating an employee

  7. Once the employee details are added, remember to SAVE
